Dispute Your Background Report


If you believe that information in your background report is inaccurate, incomplete, or does not belong to you, you have the right under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and applicable state laws to dispute the information at no cost.
Personnelgraph will investigate your dispute, verify the accuracy of the information with the original source (such as a court or public records agency), and correct any inaccuracies.


Please use the form below to submit your dispute. Once received, our compliance team will begin reviewing your claim and will contact you if additional information is needed.

To help us process your dispute as quickly as possible, please provide:

The reference or report ID (if available)
A clear description of the item(s) you believe are incorrect
Supporting documentation (optional but helpful), such as:
Court records showing dismissal or expungement
Identification documents

What Happens Next
